What's everyone's easy "go-to" meal? Something that's reliable and not overly complex for a certain 26-year-old male who has been lauded by critics as "confused" "nervous" and clueless" in the kitchen. P.S. I keep kosher but share regardless for any other struggling souls out there!

It has a phenomenal cast and people seem to love it. It was good enough for my wife and me to watch the entire first season, albeit somewhat in the background as it progressed. It certainly has its moments and the cast really is extraordinary: Matthew Rhys, Stephen Root, an underused Jeff Hiller, and guest turns from Betty Gilpin and Hamish Linklater. But I don't think it lives up to the hype. How about you?
