As a post NCAA student athlete I relied heavily on my whoop and now my Garmin. I just read TFP article “your health obsession is narcissism“ and it inspired me to take my Garmin off.
The essence of the argument is that modern day medicine is what adds to longevity — not knowing your sleep score.
