Sam Levinson has gotten a lot of unfavorable notice recently. Would he be a worthy topic for TFP?

Some time ago a brilliant young woman being interviewed by Haviv briefly held up the above-referenced book and encouraged the viewers to read it. Only recently I complied and, after a short bit into it, am stunned by how prescient it is. Translated from the people's liberation army documents in 1999, the two Chinese colonel-authors recognized that warfare was moving away from very expensive weapons and expanding beyond the traditional battlefield. Rather the focus is on creating weapons "that
