This is a suggestion for an FP-sponsored activity: Here in DC, open mic storytelling has historically been a pretty high energy event. An org called Story District would reserve a bar, and people would tell stories with a theme - "Hot Mess" about disasters, "Freaks and Geeks" about high school, stories about love for Valentines Day, etc. I think that organizing a storytelling open mic like that for congressional staffers, with both sides of the political aisle in attendance, has the potential to

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the FP Supper club for the first time. Here in the Philadelphia metro area, we had multiple supper groups that met in different restaurants across the city. These groups then had the chance to come together at an afterparty in a local bar/restaurant for drinks, desserts, and continued conversation.
