Unfortunately, public charters, which rely on public funding, are seriously underfunded even more so than public schools. Charter schools that are established have less of a problem but new charter schools struggle. How do I know? I have two children in a charter school. They are struggling to get good teachers. We are considering moving them back into public schools. The answer needs to be in curriculum that focus on teaching students based on the students' learning needs and supporting great teachers to do their job.

Just saying "charter schools" is the answer is not an answer.

So you'll put them back in failing public schools? Why don't you teach them yourself, or find a good private school?
