A comment on this thread challenged the accuracy of your reporting. But a quick search found other stories verifying the horrible truth that this horrific act is somehow excused with marijuana. If this is in fact the result of marijuana then we should see these crimes running across the US as states are in the process of legalizing it. I found no similar crimes in WA or CO.......but perhaps soon.
It can't be a coincidence that progressive cities, led by Seattle, have considered codifying their preferences to remove misdemeanors from the criminal statutes, fort reasons including poverty and drug addiction. These actions represent the entire front half of the camel under the tent, and pave the way for another series of atrocities inflicted upon civil society. Oddly, it's George soros himself who has funded many of the progressive prosecutorial positions in these cities, including Kim Foxx in Chicago and George Gascon in LA. The woman currently being questioned by the Senate for a high level position on the Biden administration is a friend of many anti-semites, and believes in defunding the police.
