I remember trying to check out a copy of Bjorn Lomborg's The Skeptical Environmentalist about 18 months after it came out. I was living in a city of over 700,000 people with over 12 branch libraries. In the entire system, we had ONE copy of Lomborg's book, which The Economist had said was the most important book of the year.
