Our commander-in-chief requested a painting from the Guggenheim Museum to hang in the White House, and in an effort to shame the prez, curator Nancy Spector said no way, you can have this solid gold toilet. The toilet titled "America" was created by the artist as a way of displaying American greed. Somehow, the artist has confused wealth with greed. America is the most generous country on the planet, in terms of personal and governmental charity. Wealth is a good thing, everybody wants to be well off. The pursuit of wealth has made America the greatest nation on earth, one that people with dreams of success and a better life risk their life to be a part of. Somehow, this misguided artist found his piece in a place of honor in a museum in NY. That enabled the America-hating artist to have his art offered by another feeble minded America-hating art curator to the Chief Executive in an effort to humiliate him. The result, the same result that the election had, is free thinking people see that America really is a place to be proud of, and want someone who does not have to feel ashamed of their homeland to run the show. Most of us see Trump as a deeply flawed person, but at least he loves America. He sees no need to apologize for our warts and misdeeds. The average citizen, who enjoys spending time with their family and friends, and eat an occasional cheeseburger, sees through all this. The artist, their art, and curator, is all a sign of what really is wrong with this country. They want no part of it. Hence, the toilet is why Trump is president, faults be damned. He may or may not be good at his job, but he loves this place, like most of the rest of us.

Indeed. He is deeply flawed and his love of America too often leads him in the wrong direction, but it's nice to have a president who really does think America is exceptional.
Does grillebilly believe Donald Trump is the first president to be deeply flawed person? Or is grillebilly suggesting that the most of us who apparently believe Donald Trump to be a deeply flawed person are in error.
So as not to be accused of whataboutism, I ask for no names of presidents or wannabe president who might be deeply flawed.
