I understand how the elections went the way they did. Many people see Trump and his ilk as the crocodile that is closest to the boat. You always kill the crocodile closest to the boat first. But I also think there is a much bigger crocodile (the Left) that this country has to face as well. It’s slower moving but bigger.

I hope Trump fades into the oblivion. But what his presidency showed me is how awful the Left is too. I like the Left as much as I like Trump. I actually fear Trump running again because of him and also in equal measure because of the way the Left reacts when they don’t get their way.
Correct, the left is using Trump to “capture” the moderates in the democrat party. At some point, Trump will in fact disappear and then those moderates will see that it’s too late to recover their party from the abyss. The left will swallow them whole. The only real way to beat the left, is for moderates in both parties to refuse to allow the left the control they seek. When moderate republicans do it, moderate democrats protect the left, because they are needed to defeat Trump.
Fear and intimidation are the basic methods used by bullies on the school bus, in the gym, in the legislatures and presidential palaces the world over.
