It's a tired hackneyed device of politicians when they blame companies for inflation because of "greed". Everyone from Robert Mugabe to Nixon has tried it.

In the end, you can't win the battle against basic economics: Print shitloads of money, the value of money goes down, and prices go up.

As far as left-wing politicians go, "greed" always manages to increase dramatically when their policies go into effect.

Why is there so much less "greed" the rest of the time?

The irony here is that progressives slammed Trump for "scapegoating" everyone from illegal immigrants to China, and yet, here's Warren shamelessly scapegoating grocery stores for stimulus-spending driven inflation.
