They also didn't repeatedly thumb their nose at the law after being warned numerous times. The pro-Palestinian protestors did all the above and more. The pro-Israel counter-protesters did not, yet are still being prosecuted by Nessel.
And the fact she and many other prosecutors made the mistake of giving a free pass to protesters/rioters upset about what was happening in this country during a moment of national upheaval, doesn't mean they can never again prosecute people for breaking the law.
