Very reasonable article and yet not one mention that the FDA suspended long-term testing of this new class of vaccine. Scientifically speaking we have no idea what it's going to do to people long term. Also no mention about treating the disease of covid. The world has many many doctors who have had extraordinary success treating this disease using various means both early middle and late treatment... Hell as a country we can't even recommend vitamin d for covid... The national health system is a joke and doctors cowering in the face of political pressure speaks more about the moral ethical weakness of physicians than it does about the state of medical science in our country. I don't disagree with anything the good doctor said but it's interesting the areas he didn't cover and one can presume why.

Nobody can say that diet and exercise cost nothing and can save your life from COVID, you might be labelled 'fatophobic' or censored for 'misinformation'.

But the CDC can declare that they're arbitrarily suspending rent for the whole country, based on no science whatsoever. The FDA can waive every law intended to protect us from this exact kind of medical abuse. The pharma companies can make tens of billions of dollars in record profits through government mandates of their for-profit product.

Our laws and institutions seem to be collapsing before our eyes, while this administration says we need "unity". Unity like the CCP - do whatever you want, silence the opposition, force them to praise you for it.

I don't think the USA has ever been in greater danger than it is right now.

Please see my comment (number 319, but there is no way of linking to it) below on vitamin D and early treatment and how it has been, and still is, a crime against humanity that knowledge of and access to these has been systematically suppressed by governments and most doctors. https://nutritionmatters.substack.com

The suggestion to conduct randomized trials would definitely help assess how effective vitamin D is. Heck, you could even study horse dewormers to see if they make a difference.

Rfhirsch's avatar

Randomized trials are not needed. Vitamin D levels need to be at a sufficient level to prevent a host of problems. That has been known for 50+ years. It is not just infections. Bone health requires adequate vitamin D, too. Michael Holick's book, The Vitamin D Solution, is worth reading.

Vit D. And zinc. And Vit C. Most of the medical community was brainwashed into relying on the "vaccines" instead of investigating treatment options. That was insanity.

Rfhirsch's avatar

Yes, if all three are at adequate levels they provide a substantial protection. And many people have low levels of them.

Or focusing on reducing comorbidities. Especially obesity. Which by the way causes many dangerous health issues beyond Covid.

This goes against the narrative that giant fat bodies are normal healthy bodies. Diabetes, and now Covid, have not been kind to that special brand of stupidity brought to you by fat women (sorry but I don't see fat men out there declaring that beer bellies are a perfectly healthy body shape - and sexy to boot).

IMO, this is an important part of the "just get a bunch of shots or take pills sold by Pharma" because that is so much easier than fundamental diet and lifestyle changes needed to shed those 50-80 pounds of blubber.

The singer Adele caught all manner of grief from these women when she lost a bunch of weight. Apparently she was a traitor to the fatties.

That's an interesting observation. It is women and not men that are declaring this.

Women/girls are traditionally more judged on their bodies ("no fat chicks"), so it's not surprising that they are the ones demanding a political solution.

All Americans have been getting fatter during my lifetime. It really hit home for me when we took our boys on their college tours back when they were in high school, and we'd be in a group with a few dozen 16-17 year-olds. To a kid, they were at least 30 pounds heavier than when I was in high school in the seventies. Lot's of theories out there, but comes down to increased caloric intake (so much garbage food) coupled with decreased physical activity (sitting in front of screens, instead), and our body's natural reaction to that. Whatever the causes, the solution is not to simply decree that being fat is fabulous and that obesity is a social construct. Then you have garbage about encouraging weight loss is racism (much to the surprise of Michele Obama).

As a man who is 5'5'' and 110 pounds, I disagree that women are more judged by their bodies.

I watched Barack Obama, the nation's first black president, declare that 5'10'' was too short and America would never elect a man who is five inches taller than me (in reference to Pete Buttigieg).

Imagine - America would elect a black man, but never a short man. Which is the more 'institutional' prejudice?

This is hilarious. I definitely feel like a fatty right now. But like in Friends With Benefits, Woody Harrelson’s character says it best, “wanna lose weight? Stop eating, fatty.” Paraphrasing ^^

I’d love to stop eating but I’m ngl CA is depressing me rn. We just lost a fight against the County where we fought to stop them from investing $30M in housing for 43 homeless people in one of the most expensive zip codes in CA. We were called racists for trying to stop this obscene waste of taxpayer money. We requested they find a way to help more than 43 people with $30M. What is going on? Where am I and what happened to logical thinking?

Expand full comment
Candis's avatar

You know that 95% of that $30M will be allotted for "Administrative Costs", right? That's what's going on.

Expand full comment
Spensive's avatar

Oh of course. In Marin County, $27M is unaccounted for over the last several years. An audit revealed the dollars had gone to “community service contracts”. Those contracts, however, are nonexistent.

So here’s my question…I’ve been struggling with this one: if I could go back in time 3 months to when I was blissfully ignorant and optimistic and wanted to give everyone everything, would I still choose to take the red pill? I’m not sure I would.

"$30M in housing for 43 homeless people". I'm surprised is only $30M for "one of the most expensive zip codes in CA". Atherton? We lived for years in "tony" Saratoga. Had zero homeless until the last few years, and they started migrating slowly down Saratoga Ave from San Jose.

Tell 'em you guys could do it for only $15M. That's right. Half off. In fact, you can throw in a few more homeless to be named later. Then spend $500,000 on the actual housing, and the rest on a staff of 150 people to manage it.

This is happening ALL over CA. Communities are being side-stepped by Newsollini’s policies.

I don’t get why people that aren’t wealthy aren’t furious. They bust their asses to pay for this. I was expecting a revolution.

Now I’m just going to try to apply for the housing myself. I have an uncle that would be perfect.

While I was reading that sunlight can evaporate the mucus and saliva particles that carry the virus, and that exercise and vitamin D were vital for a healthy immune response, the government announced it was closing public beaches.

Just one of so many examples where I ask, "how can they be so wrong, are they incompetent or corrupt?"

For the first several months, Hawaii banned people from being out on the beach. We are talking national guard kids with guns handing out $1000 tickets type stuff. They kept outdoor masking on beaches - regardless if you were around anyone. If If you are out on a beach walk on a sunny day, no one within 25 yards from you in 15 mph trade winds, you were a super-spreader. They eventually gave up on that, but it took way longer than it should have.

Our local hospital JUST made a Facebook post for the first time about the benefit of Vitamin D. I'm also bothered by the lack of an adverse event reporting system, apparently VAERS is bogus.

And then they run propaganda pieces saying, "don't do your own research, just trust your health experts"

Early into the pandemic I asked my sister, a D.O., why the medical industry wasn't telling people to diet and exercise, since the coronavirus was clearly killing people with weak hearts and weak lungs, and fat weight is a significant comorbidity. She said, "they won't do it anyway."

Imagine. Free, life-saving, pro-health practices totally ignored because your health experts think you're too lazy to do it. As Bill Maher said, "Americans would literally rather die than be told to go exercise."

Nope, gotta take your Big Pharma Money Shot.

Vitamin D is critical. Several studies have shown that a substantial fraction of deaths have been people with low levels of vitamin D. During the winter I am taking 5000 IU per day as the sun does not produce vitamin D when it hits the skin, because of the low angle that it comes to earth where we live in the winter. That amount is recommended by the leading specialists on vitamin D, such as Michael Holick of Boston University.

vigiaccess.org in existence since 1969 tracking Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) on all drugs globally. Each ADR is extensively documented and authenticated by three levels of medical analysis. Sample results. Comirnaty, the name of the pfizer vaccine, gets you a proxy for all vaccines, ADRs = 3,258,829. Select each drop down menu for details as to specific reactions. Sample result, Ivermection, results since 1969 on about 3.8 billion doses, ADRs = 6,166, Sample result, Aspirin, ADRs = 187,296. Implication? Covid 19 vaccines have 528 times more adverse drug reactions than Ivermection. Checkout the site to see if it meets your requirements as credible data.
