Yeah that is a tough decision. It's hard to know what is best. On the one hand, not wanting to be used as a mouthpiece for DEI evil. Makes sense.

On the other hand, those young tech millennials who are secret conservatives (there are lots of us!) need role models to look up to & people we can trust.

I'm in medicine & secret conservative, obviously can't say it out loud but for conservative patients, I quietly let them know they can trust me. My husband's in Tech & luckily his company doesn't have much DEI or woke or anything beyond some recorded videos they watch when first hired. My brother's in Tech & his company is full of conservatives but obviously people have to keep it on the down low. Can't be openly conservative: you'll be shot.

Wow, sorry to learn of this development.

I hope things work out.

I retired a few years ago ahead of this mess and do sympathize with people who get stranded in this farce.

Corporate wokeness is just evil. Take a functioning company that used to value merit. Slap some woke ideology onto every communication, every hiring decision, every performance review and watch the talent bleed. Recipe for disaster.

I think thereтАЩs a wave of productive people realizing that being in that HR-cum-politic-police is a zero-sum game.

So after those who can get fired stop covering for those who canтАЩt be criticized, productivity will plummet.
