And in news from Australia, state police are looking for criminals who put up stickers saying 'transwomen are real men' (hate crime of course). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vw83MGI3D-I

Well, they said "history of mental illness". Doesn't that cover it?

I agree that it is a mental illness, but omitting it here serves to obscure the fact that there is a clear trend developing with these attacks in recent years. Just calling it a mental illness groups it in with unrelated benign diagnoses like depression and anxiety.

Fair. But I wouldn't call those mental illness.

Gee whiz, what on earth could be construed as pejorative as saying someone is trans?

Yes, in some circles they'd call that stolen valour.

You’ve missed the big news of the day. Marjorie Taylor Greene has become eligible for her retirement and is retiring from Congress. We’ve had so much fun listening to MTG and AOC misrepresent intelligence.

Can we please take Cuba first for the cigars? Greenland can wait.

I'd rather have Greenland than NATO, but nobody's going to attack the place. There's only like 30K people there.

Of course it is in NATO's best interest to give the U.S. carte blanche with Greenland. Why does Denmark have a colony in the Western Hemisphere, anyway?

This "6 Steps to Hack a Hole in Your Health" or whatever -- argues "health is a means, not an end, worth pursuing only when it helps us live better lives." SO the obverse would be true then, right? That health is NOT worth pursuing if it DOESN'T help us live better lives. Hmm. What kinda health are we talking about here? Woops, I can't "Read the Story" -- 'cause it's a video! Instead of being able to read and engage, I have to watch people talk. Ugh...

While I think it's hilarious that Candace Owens has been spreading this rumor to stay relevant after Shapiro fired her, we would all do well to remember what a gift the founders gave us in the Bill of Rights.

"...Walz was supposed to exemplify the platonic ideal of Midwestern masculinity..."

A masculine man doesn't repeatedly tell people that he knows the AR-15/M16 platform well because he carried them into war, when in fact, he never set foot in a combat zone.

A masculine man doesn't need someone else to step in and load his shotgun for him because he never learned how to do it himself.

While the fraud scandal is a tragedy for taxpayers, his fall from grace is hilarious and well deserved.
