See https://www.wsj.com/articles/schools-offer-empty-words-to-asians-11616690951?mod=searchresults_pos2&page=1 including: "New York Mayor Bill de Blasio claims the city’s transparent and objective process for admissions to specialized schools such as Stuyvesant, Bronx Science and Brooklyn Tech has led to too many Asian-American students. He called the racial composition of those schools a 'monumental injustice.' Mr. De Blasio changed the admissions policy to make it harder for many Asian-American students, many from low-income families, to get in." This mayor is nothing more than a modern day Theodore Bilbo or Ben Tillman.
I attended Brooklyn Tech in the 60s, and it was diverse. We lined up for everything by last name and in front of me was a Jew, behind me was a Latino, and I am Asian. The NYC public school system, once upon a time, presented a way for the non-elites to get a great education, as long as you put in the work, starting in grade school. I graduated from CCNY before the failed Open Enrollment experiment that lasted decades before they realized that letting in unprepared (either unable or unwilling) students guaranteed angry dropouts, who blamed everyone and everything for their failure. Now the special high schools will no longer be special, the CUNY system is mediocre, and those that can will leave NYC. The Great Society has only made it untenable for everyone, and now we have the great Wokeium. Can it get worse? You betcha.

Disgusting. Our Government practices systemic racism against Asians and lies about systemic racism elsewhere
