D Lefko: Politicians are not the best human beings. If you have to have a government, make it as small as possible and choose the bureaucrats by lot for two year, or even one year terms. No incumbents.
I think they do care...they are just easily fooled. I am willing to be that most Biden supporters would say he has integrity. Of course, they would be hard pressed to actually give examples. But on the face of it, they likely think he is a man of honor.
Its like how Congresses approval rating is like at 18% or whatever. If it is that low, how do these people keep their jobs. Simple, everyone ELSE in congress sucks. But MY guy, he is a stand up guy.
