After all, the 3 leading candidates in the recently canclled election all had strong feelings towards Jews. 1 paid for their murders and called these murderers "Holy". Another was in prison for murdering 5 Jews. And the third faction calls for an endless religious war against Jews and had a government minister explain how to slit the throats of Jews on their TV station.
Recall the entire premise, a very reasonable premise, for Black Lives Matter. It was the 'home on fire 'metaphor'. Yes, everyone's home matters, but it was the Black homes which were on fire and so that is where the help was needed. When it is the Jews "home on fire", there is push back from what is, pathetically, the most predictable of bigots. I found the part about the person objecting to the e-mail accepting her resignation because it came from someone Jewish who identified with Israel indescribably petty. A simple administration function, handling membership dues, is somehow now a political position? Sorry, but the bigotry one has to have to buy that premise is absurd.
So yeah, this "what about us" is BS. This actually is about the allowance of the bigotry against Jews. And that no offense is too petty or too small for the bigots to jump on board and get their cancel culture supporters to show up and scream.
