Yes. It's idiotic virtue signaling. A year and a half ago I received an email flyer from Stone Mountain & Daughters, a fabric store based in Berkeley, CA. They wanted to let me know how proud they were to be were contributing a share of their sales revenue to a group of black, male to female transgenders. As soon as I finished that email, I unsubscribed from their mailing list and never bought anything from them again.

It's the reason why our family has refrained from donating to our alma maters (Harvard, Smith, Yale, MIT, Columbia) for years now - why put gas on the 'woke fires'? REUSE TO DONATE.

I remember last year getting a very virtuous email from that next door neighbor site whatever it was called, telling me how important for us to be welcoming and inclusive and that racism was destroying us blah blah blah. I immediately unsubscribed.
