These are all great ideas. I’d love to get to know other like-minded individuals that are tired of the mainstream media. It’s great to have platforms like Substack where we can write what we want without censure. Bari is leading the charge in fighting back against the monopoly of the legacy press and I’m all for it.

"But we’re all here because we share some important things in common: a commitment to reason, curiosity, independence, decency, and a hunger for honest conversation. In our upside-down world, holding fast to these ideals can sometimes feel lonely. More than ever, we crave the company of people who share our core values."
From Bari Weiss: Some Thoughts About Courage:
"Courage means, first off, the unqualified rejection of lies. Do not speak untruths, either about yourself or anyone else, no matter the comfort offered by the mob. And do not genially accept the lies told to you. If possible, be vocal in rejecting claims you know to be false. Courage can be contagious, and your example may serve as a means of transmission.
We are living through an epidemic of cowardice. The antidote is courage."

Yes! We can express our opinions without looking over our shoulders or whispering, which I find myself doing when speaking with like-minded colleagues in my place of work.

Christine, you are speaking to my heart.
Freedom flourishes in the light. Tyranny flourishes in the dark. Bari, you are the one who has flipped on the light switch. Keep up the good work.
The PC/Woke left not only loves the dark, they hate the light.
