"In an interview on the Khodorkovsky Live YouTube channel, expatriate Russian political scientist Vladimir Pastukhov, a visiting fellow at St Anthony’s College, Oxford, used a striking metaphor to describe Trump’s first hundred days: 'It’s like a stove with many pots on it boiling simultaneously, all of them making a lot of noise and producing a lot of steam—but nobody can tell what’s cooking in any one of them.'
Anyone familiar with The Free Press knows Weiss deflinitely has a religious core. As to eulogizing the Nazis, I belileve that is a reference to Tucker Carlson.
That article would have benefited from careful editing by someone familiar with the variety of authors and articles on FP. The 3/31/3025 article by Noah Smith on the “New Right” aligns with the Federalist article’s thesis that FP is taking it upon itself to “define” where the “right” should be. But there is a lot more diversity in the articles and even counter examples.
My question…. When is someone going to do a deep dive on Samantha Power? In my opinion, she’s a real Player in the order of Merrick Garland (of whom I thank God daily, he never got onto the Supreme Court)…. Just sayin’….
Dr. Vinay Prasad may appear unorthodox at times, but he is a thoughtful and courageous medical doctor. It is good to see him in charge of vaccine regulation.
Bernie Sanders reminds me the Boy Scouts sending newbies out in fields at night with a sack to catch non-existent Snipes. He’s been warning Americans to fight against Oligarchy since 1983. And speaking of common sense, I’m getting tired of narratives from the left that go to extremes in an effort to convince intelligent people that what we see and know is somehow not real. Biden was mentally impaired. Yes millions of people just illegally walked across our border, men are physically stronger than women, men cannot get pregnant, Clinton, Obama and Bush deported 27,000,000 illegal immigrants without “due process” court hearings, and if you wear a Palestinian scarf and talk to gun dealers about killing Jews or stand on college campuses screaming hate speech against America and Jews in support of Hamas, you have no right to be here.
Something I thought I would never again read: "Thirty-five congressional Democrats joined Republicans in voting ..." I would like to see the names of those heroes.
So, The Free Press is now engaged in Fake News. India did not attack "Pakistan". India destroyed several Islamist terrorist camps (The New Resistance) that are located on the Pakistan side of the Kashmiri border. India did not attack Pakistani military installations or convoys or personnel. There were no Pakistani soldiers involved in the massacre of tourists and Indian civilians. The headline "India Attacks Pakistan" is a DNC-Media spin intended to gin up an irrational fear of nuclear war and to create the online meme "This never would have happened if Kamala was president" for DNC influencers and trolls. The U.S. conducted numerous special operations within Pakistan from Afghanistan a little over ten years ago. The U.S. was not "attacking" Pakistan. No, the two nations are nowhere near a nuclear exchange. Pakistani officials are issuing obligatory comments condemning the strike on the terrorists, but they used the same language when OBL was taken out on Pakistani soil, too. Internally, they are probably very supportive of these actions and likely provided humint to their Indian counterparts.
So, this is two major strikes against TFP for me: Fake news intended to mislead the readers and a 67% jump in the subscription price. I've been with this site since nearly the beginning and have loved it, but I'm close to hitting my limit for some of the trash they're putting out now.

Bad News For Ya. Those camps would not be there if the Pakistani (ie Punjabis) did not want them there.
I'm sure there are elements within the Pakistani civilian and security leadership that may be sympathetic to islamist terrorists, probably via family ties, but I can't see how they benefit the nation of Pakistan. All they do is cause trouble and trouble is not what they need.
The thing to understand is Pakistan Not a Real Country. Its a collection of Muslim Tribes (like say Syria) that don't like each other. They are ruled by Punjab. Given half a chance Pakistan would break up into 3-4-5 different counties.
Pakistan & India still remember the break up. 200,000 to 2 million people died.
You don't forget that over night, or 77 years later. They Still view each other as The Main Enemy.

Thank God you noted the Gaza starvation myth. Enjoyed today’s newsletter.
No famine in Gaza: Dem Samantha Power allergic to the truth, or conveniently lazy

Who is Mohsen Mahdawi? "the pro-Palestinian international student at Columbia"
- Answer
"Thirty-five congressional Democrats joined Republicans in voting to kill off California’s ban on gas-powered cars"
- See? that wasn't so hard

Love him. Especially his courage (like Marty Makary and Jay Bhattacharia) during covid.
Trump tariffs are causing protests and economic instability in China? Sounds like they are having the intended effect.
Here here!!!!!
China just discontinued reporting on many economic indicators. Signals that things are going badly there.

I'll see how it goes here. I'm probably over-subscribed on substack, anyway.
