There are extreme circumstances in most issues, but anyone who broadly thinks it cool or supports gender transition surgery on a minor (see child) is sadistic. I never thought mental illness was contagious but I realize now it can spread. And watching Swalwell go down is one of the most satisfying events of 2026! Yesterday was the deadline for signing bills and to my knowledge, she only signed one gun control bill into law and there were no vetoes. However, there is no "pocket veto" in Virginia as any bill unsigned automatically goes into law. You can bet your sweet bippy that she'll pretend she's still a moderate because she'll claim she didn't sign those other nine bills.
I do hope that Harmeet is successful. OTOH, Jeanine Pirro has stabbed all gun owners in the back... again. Pam Bondi's DOJ has also defended ATF policy on a number of points. Hopefully, Todd Blanche will force ALL of the DOJ to treat the Second Amendment as the civil right that it is.

The ama doesn't speak for us, and most of us are too busy trying to keep our practices going and earn a living to get involved in such a small number of clients.
