I, too, am not offended by strong language except when it is used gratuitously, as with a number of commenters here. Gratuitous vulgar language, violence and the like diminish effective communication. That's what I meant by a deterioration of the nature of the comments. I do not accept loaded language from bad actors.

As for the beautiful landscapes of the desert, I am with you there. The desert and red rock scenes fused with a Western image are breathtaking. Thinking Maynard Dixon.
Let's use a piece of art, such as the pristine desert scenes by Maynard Dixon and describe them as "fucking good art." This type of language to convey beauty, is a lazy man's utterance. I see this here and while not surprised, am still disappointed in the lack of specific language to convey rage, disbelief, and even mild frustration.
