Walther on Jackson is worth reading, twice. Comparative analysis, even the most simplistic, would see KBJ not deserving of any accolades, and even a question of her competency in the LIGHT OF JUSTICE JACKSON. KBJ was “GIVEN” WHEREAS, JUSTICE JACKSON EARNED.

No doubt. KJB never ever was “too far from the whiff of a (horse)stable.” Why do I bring this up? KBJ is an elitist Black activist lazyleftdemcomm law school student who Lucked Out BECAUSE SHE IS BLACK. Surely, she has proven her lack of gravitas in her DEI seat on the SC. Justice Jackson shines in his accomplishments, his writing, his logic, his instinct, and his true “individualism.” His writing was, and remains, profound. His work on the Holocaust/NUREMBERG should be EMERGENT IN THESE TIMES. HIGHLIGHTED. Read the transcripts from the Nuremberg trials. I have.

On the detransitioner story

1- the statute of limitation rules must be revisited .

2- The therapist who recommended the surgery should not be the only one sued. The person who prescribed the testosterone and the surgeons are just as guilty of harming this young woman and others like her. When someone is referred for any surgery this in no way obligates the surgeon to do the procedure. Each surgeon must evaluate each patient and is responsible for harms that ensue if an inappropriate surgery is performed

“n estimated 1.2 million Iranians have converted to Christianity anyway, making Iran the fastest-growing Christian nation in the Middle East by some counts”

Iran is not a Christian Nation so this sentence is false

i think you mean may have the fastest growing Christian population in the region

Hmmmm, about those with TDS who said that the Supreme Court would just rubber stamp everything Trump did and that we are destined to go down the road toward an authoritarian dystopia....is there an apology somewhere in the air? I cant hear it...

The courts are there as a 3rd part of our government for a reason. Our system of checks and balances holds. Those who think to "pack the courts" in order to get the decisions they want are the ones who would lead us into a commie dystopian nightmare.

And by the way- the chick who just won in NYC district 13 calls her self a communist. So CNN needs to actually get their facts straight, but that is CNN so I don't think they even understand the concept of facts.

Now if you can get the democrats to stand up to the vicious Jew hating scum of the DSA then there might be a future for that party, but it looks more and more like the democratic leadership will do anything it can to regain power and happily throw the Jews under the bus. Its "eff the Jews, they'll vote for us anyway" Democratic Party time.

“The Supreme Court also allowed states to count mail-in ballots received after Election Day”

——————————————-

The people tasked with cleaning up the voter rolls, who know how to clean up the voter rolls, who are intentionally not cleaning up the voter rolls, because of their knowledge of how to clean up the voter rolls, also know how to identify the ballots that nobody will miss…….

Please read that twice if necessary. It is how 100% of voter fraud takes place. The ballots that nobody will miss are set aside and filled out and the key to mixing them in with legitimately cast ballots is the centralized vote-counting facilities like ones in Maricopa and Wayne County. They couldn’t pull it off if the counting was done by the individual precincts and also the count would only take an hour or two if we still counted them at the precincts instead of shipping them to a centralized facility.

“A record-setting heatwave continues to scorch Western Europe, killing over 1,300 people so far. Some French mortuaries have run out of storage space for bodies.”

Never forget that the freezer trucks in NY during the early phases of the COVID Hoax were only necessary because they closed down all of the funeral homes.

“The Supreme Court broadened presidential powers in a ruling Monday that said Donald Trump can fire most independent regulators, including a Democratic member of the Federal Trade Commission.”

—————————————-

The word “independent” is code for “undemocratic” if you ever hear it used by a Democrat.

Obviously our government is a totally fake authoritarian pile of horseshit if there is one single person working there who cannot be fired immediately by the guy we elect to be in charge of the government.

Having assiduously worked for 18 months to fire a GS worker in DC, I can assure you it is next to impossible to fire one.

BTW, I failed to fire him.

I feel President Trump's pain.

Rufus T. Firefly's avatar

We fired a completely useless and crooked G-5 once, while the command was still in NOVA, but the process was painful, onerous and fraught. After we were relocated to the District, we didn't bother to try with others. Dealing with civil service system was tough enough. Adding AFGE to the mix made crooks and slackers virtually untouchable.

Kevin Durant?'s avatar

The key to restoring our government’s legitimacy is finding every single person involved the process of making it difficult to fire government employees and charging them with treason.

The fired government employees can then be sent to pick crops as replacements for the illegal immigrants who will be deported to their homelands using cargo planes and self-deploying parachutes.

“Robert H. Jackson was the last justice of the Supreme Court not to have finished law school. He grew up milking cows in upstate New York”

Meanwhile, Ketanji Brown Jackson is the first justice who has never even heard of law school and she grew up milking slavery and civil rights hoaxes.

“The regime had always refrained from going after the oldest Protestant church in Iran out of fear of what America might do in retaliation.”

Meanwhile Democrats set our oldest church across from the White House on fire because of a civil rights hoax and nobody went to prison except for the guy who knocked over Nancy Pelosi’s coffee mug during a protest over how our elections are fake.
