What a horrible and frightful experience. My heart is with Israel and the Jewish people. I've visited there many times but have lost contact with my friends in Beit Shemesh. The small children I knew then are probably in the army. God save them and all those captured by the terrorists. I worry about all the terrorists who crossed our Southern Border may be planning an attack on the USA.
As a Canadian, I am horrified to hear what has happened in Israel today. I fully support Israel in whatever they do to counteract this attack. Hamas needs to be utterly destroyed.
What needed to happen years ago must happen: Gaza must be destroyed. So must all the terrorist-harboring enclaves in the West Bank territories run by the PA. Enough. These have been breeding grounds for terrorists since all those discontented Arabs who couldn’t stomach living under Israeli rule moved into those regions, and have been kept a festering growing abscess ever since, refused absorption into all the other Arab world, kept angry, despairing and murderous, to do their dirty work for them. It’s time to lance that monstrous infection, cauterize and disinfect, clean it out and start again. No excuses and no mercy.

There was only one real lesson from the Holocaust: Never give up your gun! Israel has learned this well. Now Hamas will reap the whirlwind.
