Cut deals to provide their own power AND provide additional power for XX homes and help local people lower their costs. Not me, but a friend in an ugly divorce. 8 calls in 2.5 months. Yep, about once a week. And *every* *single* *time* CPS came out and investigated. The first two times, they took her kids. Third and fourth time, they called the father to come get them, regardless that there was a restraining order against him to include the children. Fifth time, his mother. Sixth time, she called her attorney and they left the kids. 7 & 8, they spent 6 and 3 hours at her house, respectively. I was there with her. Even though it was CLEARLY evident that the calls were just maliciousness.
