There’s been speculation that one of our “friends” in the region, perhaps Kuwait or Qatar, that have these weapons and thus have access to the software, have been leaking secrets to Iran. I suppose the President can’t afford to alienate them at this stage, but it should nonetheless be noted that the Israelis have avoided such embarrassing incidents, at least so far.

Given what the Nottingham enquiry uncovered, it would be interesting to know if the NHS NI Mental Health services prioritized stats over psychosis.
