According to the Department of Justice, she and others were convicted of violating the federal FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) and conspiracy, which involve using physical force and blockades to obstruct clinic access, not just for quiet prayer. Bevelyn Beatty Williams similarly was sentenced for blocking access to clinics, not for prayer, notes the AP News fact check.

The FACE act allows for someone that may be perceived as "harassing or intimidating" within differing distances (100 ft. buffer in California) anyone entering or leaving an abortion provider to be arrested. Praying by Ms. Harlow was just that. She wasn't blocking anyone. Welcome to communism.

Taiwan is the only free, democratic China that exists. The mainland (what some call West Taiwan) is a hot mess, suffering a birth dearth, a debt bubble larger than the U.S. debt, and a massive exodus of industries to Southeast Asia, thanks in part to Trump’s trade policies which are so bitterly condemned by the anti-Christian Democrat Party. The Democrats – China’s best friends in the West.

True, they fear the reprisals from the polity. It has always been odd to me that the Chinese people, that number over 1 billion, do not throw the communist leaders out. I know they tried in 1989 and somewhere in the neighborhood of 10,000 people were slaughtered as a result.
