You may not agree with all of RFK JRs ideas however some are definitely correct. For one, RFK is NOT completely anti vaccine. He believes for example that parents should have a choice and he points out the huge number we are currently giving to children. They are giving babies sometimes 4 vaccines at the same time. I personally think they should be spread out. Second, RFKs position on our food supply is spot on. 80% of adults in this country are overweight and children now too. When I was in high school none of the kids I went to school with was very overweight. We definitely have a health crisis and while you may not agree with all his ideas, at least someone is thinking outside the box.

TFP is losing me.

"...in a pathetic justification...", sure doesn't sound like a periodical that lets readers decide for themselves.

"When the history of the #Resistance is written, this may be remembered as the moment of final surrender." Petty, triumphalist editorializing. Not particularly magnanimous, though. I'd sure prefer to keep an open mind that maybe the hosts have the door open to new information and we should encourage them, not taunt them.

I guess it was too much to hope that TFP would fulfill its promise to be a sane, mature source of unbiased information. Your progression to glib cheap-shots has been unfortunately rapid.

I hope someone already mentioned this, but Regan used "Make America Great Again" in his 1980 campaign (though Regan added "Let's" to the beginning, but still), so Peter Theil needs to do a little research before making false statements on public media.

A chart like Life expectancy vs Healthcare expenditure should also cite data source.

I've seen more bunking of vaccine/autism connections lately than debunking ... where is the evidence against?

The health expenditure chart is insightful. Would be helpful to include the source.

Beccera had zero anti-scientific, wacko ideas like RFK’s. If insane loyalty was Trump’s criteria for an opponent of modern medical science to lead HHS, he could have gone one step further than RFK in the direction of know-nothing populist “magic” and appointed the famous hairy-chested, he-man “Shaman,” who led the Trump mob’s takeover of the Capitol on January 6. I’m sure him have “much powerful medicine” to save us from the bird flu pandemic about to kill huge numbers of us in Trump’s second term. If an all-wise and omnipotent God is in control of human history, He sure must hate King Donald.

Trump’s quest for morons to shock and thus “own” the libs with reminds one of the cover of the Dec ‘16 issue of MAD: Alfred E. Newman, the ultimate archetype of the stupidity of the American masses, is dressed exactly like the obese Donald Trump floating over him like a parody of God. Newman even has an absurd blonde pompadour as ridiculous as Trump’s. Donald the Father hovers over the idiotic Alfred the Son in a sacrilegious Brooklyn Jewish MAD wise guy atheist parody of the Father and Son worshipped by Catholics and Evangelicals alike worthy of Bill Maher. The caption on this cover picture is “Make America Dumb Again.” RFK is second only to the Shaman for achieving that over-arching MAGA goal. I can hardly wait for what Trump and his Kennedy witch doctor will tell MAGA to inject itself with when bird flu soon starts killing Americans much faster than mere COVID ever could. Like the Jews at MAD, I’m a scientific atheist myself, but if I were a believer in the omnipotent providential God in control of history Catholics and Evangelicals supposedly absurdly believe in, I’d sure ask what’s up with this God’s sending America a massive plague every time its idol Trump gets elected.

Let me take a wild guess. You voted for Harris.

There is a poignant lesson most people miss in the Joe and Mika talk with President Trump.

Trump took the time to talk to these low-life’s who unfairly, un-ethically and immorally attempted to tarnish him. Trump always talks to the opposing press. While democrats love to demonstrste their purity or independence by tearing a document in half, boycotting a speech or making a show of leaving during the meeting, Trump will talk to everyone.

If there was anyone alive with more reason respond with silence, he talks and attempts to trade ideas.

The haters are too consumed with their anger to notice.

“The man the president-elect wants to put in charge of medical research, public health, Medicare, and Medicaid has strong views on science and medicine—including some that you might generously describe as outside of the mainstream.”

Olly, you mean like career bureaucrats like Fauci and Collins at NIH, several others who’ve lead the FDA and retired to join big pharma. They propagated the lie we’re going to die and kill grandma if we didn’t get the shot(s)!!

Re: Democrats openly violating the law in PA. Is there anyone with an IQ higher than their shoe size who believes the Democrats really give a ratzazz about "protecting our democracy?"

Enjoying the flood of RFK Jr apologists here. If a country has adopted one of his ideas, should we consider? Perhaps. If that country ranks in the bottom quartile of life expectancy, perhaps not.

Can RFK fix health ? Is that even a question? Fat, inactive people can not be fixed by policy.

I pray to God that RFK is approved, and after he approves he does a thorough inside out of everything that has led to the current state of our really horrible health crisis.

Also, I have a vaccine injured daughter. Her first seizure was 20 minutes after her kindergarten shots. Right after the nurse told me to go the the ER, she reminded me that I signed a waiver.
