And there is the inalienable right to self-defense, enunciated by the constitution as a basic human right protected by but not granted by the constitution. I think we should discuss the specifics of “sensible regulation”, not generalizations.
The tragedy of 10/7 has finally sparked a response to the insanity that has been unfolding over long decades in the academy. Withholding funds because of clear antisemitism at the highest levels of elite universities can only be a first step. If this is all that is done there will be an inevitable snap back and the sickness will be worse than before. This is a time for a winner-takes-all battle and the only acceptable conclusion is unconditional surrender of the campus agitators.
I suggest a few initial steps to carry the conflict to the enemies of wester civilization generally and America specifically:
1. Expel for the academy any president, chancellor, or leader who promotes, encourages and/or funds the DEI infrastructure which has sown so much discord.
2. Defund and dismantle the DEI infrastructure wherever it is found in the academy and reject any and all who encourage this destructive nonsense.
3. Conduct a thorough vetting of all subjects being taught in the social sciences based on a set of criteria which evaluates value to the student and society. Those that fail the evaluation are cancelled and the "professors" fired.
There can be no quarter given to these people who have worked so actively to destroy our way of life while feasting on its benefits.
So, all of you who have the ability to make this come to pass please do not falter. We only get one chance to win this war for our society....g.

You slip from Self to Serf. Do you 'Surf the Net" or does the Net Serf You? And do not think that you can force me to accept your identity or gender as a proxy for character. Your freedom of expression is not a license to oppress others or to cancel and harm others such that you become the oppressor, not the oppressed. Your freedom to express also implies my freedom to exclude, and I will not comply with bigotry in any form, legal or not. For the future of us all, you are an essential part of our mutual journey from Mankind to Man Kind, from Human to Humane!.. These presidents rely on “context” like it mitigates the violence, hatred, implications, etc. the follow up question would be: what context other than this one would make this a threat to Jewish students???
