This is to me is the result of years of brainwashing by the main stream media. Which constantly demonized Israel and presented Palestinians as victims. While I do agree that before this event, I did think there was truth to both sides. There was the issue with the expanding Israeli settlements in the West Bank. And I had no doubt about the deep rooted anti semitism that Israel faced from its neighbours. And even if Israel did try to negotiate in good faith for a two state solution, its enemies wanted a total annihilation of Israel. BUT there is no grey area in this current conflict, this is black and white. I tragic to see how people can support this barbarity!!

I tend to give a half-hearted eye roll to youthful protesters. They have limited exposure to the ways of the world, are merely a year or two removed from “that’s not fair Mom!!” We can’t expect much grasp of complexity.

These older folks aggravate the bejesus out of me. Some glitch in maturation has occurred. As individuals they are very frustrating to converse with- more close minded than the youth in fact. Nothing that contradicts their worldview can be processed.

Frankly I never thought we would see a protest supporting the massacre of 800+ people in the USA. Try that in a small town.

This is not the same NY as 2001. We’ve been inundated with foreigners who despise the US and America for twenty years but use our morals and high ideas to keep us hostage. I think Jews should take a hard long look at who is saying what and PLEASE REMEMBER next time you vote democrat. Black Lives Matter and black activists are not your friends. They deal in skin color and seperate themselves accordingly. We stand shoulder to shoulder with our friends in Israel who are completely innocent! But please please remember how it feels to be called guilty and bad no matter what the truth is like those of us on the right. We are not racist, we are not Islamaphobic, we aren’t Nazis. Most of us just want to be left alone and not pay half our wage to the govt. However I am appalled at the silence from Hollywood, Universities, the media, corporations. It’s frightening. They are all sheep.

Red, white, and green on the Empire State Building are from the Italian flag. Monday was a day of pride for Italians because it use to be Columbus Day. Gov Hochul wore a red, white, and green ribbon for a parade celebrating Italians and not Palestinians!

Gov Huchol spoke with courage against the rallys in support of the Palestinians referring to them as "abhorrent and morally repugnant." This bald and bold statement contrast against the very sly sentiments of "Pray for the Jews killed and for those who had no other choice but violence" and other softer shades of hate that are coming from many politicians, celebrities, and the media. The chanting protestors are absolutely as despicable as Gov Huchol stated, but they are like hissing snakes which declare that they are dangerous. How much more dangerous are the subtle statements that softly and very skillfully condemn the Jews for their own massacre and praise Hamas for their "noble struggle"?

Words are inadequate to describe this horror. If the United States does not stand up to this massacre, it's over. I'm elderly and I will be gone before the world ends in complete corruption and disintegration, but I'm mourning for the Jewish people and the terrible, terrible things that have been done. And I thank the Free Press, just for being as good as it is. Work on, good people, for bringing the truth to anyone who will listen.

Thank you for yet another brilliant breakdown of the hypocrisy and antisemitism in our very own country. My daughter lives in Manhattan and attends John Jay College. She has seen the the drastic increase in antisemitism. One of her first classes three years ago a professor said that Hamas was not a terrorist group. He response was let me share irrefutable evidence that its was. He apologized. She has been shocked as am I to find the lack of critical thinking in our college classrooms.

This is a reveal and unravel for the Jews as to who their enemies are and in many cases its their neighbor. They needed to open their eyes and note who saying what. This is a time to rethink their allegiances. As for the FBI they may want to pay attention as to what is being said at these rallies and how many Americans may justify crimes against humanity to further a political cause. They may find themselves unraveling the next terrorist attack on US.

We also may want to pay attention to how America is often called a colonizer. While I am not surprised it’s important to know how people really feel and think. To me that is the power of free speech is allowing the enemy to reveal itself. And we are seeing it before out eyes. Americans advocating for murder, and rape of unarmed citizens.

I posted on my FB and instagram what constitutes crimes against humanity. I also said the Jews are not exempt from crimes against humanity. The current characterization of Jews mimics the same dehumanization that the Nazi’s promoted.

Thank you for another brilliant article. These are very discouraging times. I am encouraged by your work!

We weren’t completely unified; there were islamists who celebrated in the streets in NYC and in London on 9/11 but this fact was memory holed and even denied because it might cause anti-Muslim sentiment. The disgusting rewrite of our history in order to project an alternate reality of blissful multicultural success and diversity in a leftist utopia. The next chant after “gas the Jews” is always “death to America” but yet we never see it coming.

Seeing the pro-Palestine protests has been eye opening. I find these US residents' brazen displays of overwhelming support for rapes, kidnappings, and torture of civilians extremely troubling. There is something seriously wrong with our society. That they feel emboldened to act in this way and that the rest of us have no effective way to tell them that their conduct offends our norms and values.

Every one of these human pieces of garbage is a terrorist sympathizer. They worship murder, rape and depravity on a scale unimaginable to decent souls. They hate you, your children and everyone and thing you love.

They are the enemy. There is no temporizing. Treat them accordingly. Stand with Israel and for decency. Crush the lunatic left, once and for all.

Just saying that after a cursory glance at the Times of Gaza and Wafa - Palestinian news agency - I feel the need to report that neither news site even acknowledges that this current "war" was precipitated by an incursion into Israel by Hamas members who did a killing, raping, kidnapping spree. It didn't happen. Nothing.

Only the Israeli "Occupation" forces (occupation of Gaza ceased in 2005) bombing and maiming Palestinian children. That is all the news fit to print.

At first I just kept scrolling to look for the reports, as I was curious to see how they spun the events, but in fact, they just didn't report them. The aggression was wholly one-sided.

So under this kind of total disconnect with reality, how does one reason with these people? How do you foster potential statehood? There is nobody home. Just the fantasy narrative.

It is brutal. There are human beings under those bombs. But don't pretend that this came out of nowhere.

It is incredibly troubling that we have a sizable portion of the American populace who do not understand the definition of ally. Our ally is Israel. Whatever retaliatory measures Israel decides to take to the gruesome and unprovoked attacks—we should support because that’s what an ally does. Everyone who wants to debate the long history of Israeli/Palestinian relations is welcome to do so. However, none of that changes the fact that our allegiance and loyalty is to Israel because they are our ally.

Israel started as a small partition. The Jews purchased malarial infested land and developed it. The Arabs didn’t. The Arabs waged war multiple times only to lose. Guess what? Losers in war tend to lose land. Every time land was negotiated for peace, the Israelis got terrorism. Israel has now become a strong modern country which makes it now an oppressor in many eyes. One thing the Arabs have is a great PR apparatus but look underneath the covers and you have nothing but barbaric feudalism.

As for the Israelis, he said, they should “go back to where they came from.”

Ummm....teacher, I have a question.

If the billions of dollars sent to aid Palestinians had been used appropriately, Gaza would be a beautiful and safe place with prosperity for all. Those that see, see. Those that don’t never will.

Israel, since its inception, has been under attack, directly by its Arab neighbors and Islamic extremists as well as the well-off, well-educated liberal elites who abhor the success of the democracy created by the Jews in the midst of Moslem tyrannies. These are the same people who hate the United States, who apologize to the tyrants, misogynists, and terrorists of the world for America's stand for its liberal values. The Palestinians weren't kicked out of Israel in 1948; they ran out. Those Palestinians who stayed became Israeli citizens with opportunities that far exceeded their previous lives and those of the ones who ran to live in deplorable conditions in refugee camps run by Arab states that did not want to accept the Palestinians in their countries. The Palestinians have never shown any ability to govern themselves effectively and have succumbed to corrupt and ruthless regimes and terrorism. I have no sympathy for them.

I only just learned how Israel became Israel and what the facts are behind this so-called "occupation." Years ago, my mother, who was an indexer, worked on a series of books that chronicled Israeli attacks on Palestine. She told me that after indexing this, it was difficult to talk with her lifelong friend, whose daughters live in Israel, about Israel. My mother really ought to know better. In a heated debate with a Russian Jew, two decades ago now, my partner argued on the side of the Palestinians, with no knowledge of what I just learned about how Israel came to be. So there you have it. The prevailing narrative is difficult to -- as the de-colonizers say -- "dismantle."

On that note, it's these false narratives that need to be dismantled and de-colonized, as these narratives have colonized people's brains and turned them into card-carrying useful idiots.

Cases in point: two ostensibly "educated" persons have challenged me online when I post information about what's truly going on with "trans rights." How kids are falling off a cliff into this, led by a corrupt Pied Piper. These people come after me as if I am "anti-trans." These are grown adults. I'm posting essays by self-proclaimed Progressive parents whose kids aren't even gay, describing how this cult took over their kids' minds. The estrangement. The mastectomies. One of these two puberty blocked his kid. If he did read my posts, I cannot comprehend how he could label me "conservative" and "anti-trans." When I asked why he put the word "academic" in quotation marks when describing Dr. Jordan Peterson, he said: "He has pre-historic views on sex" -- "which probably come from his own personal problems." Clearly this guy believes that "academics" base their opinions on conjecture and secondary sources, because no one who has actually listened to Peterson could say that about him.

My point is, people aren't just poorly informed. They are WILLFULLY POORLY INFORMED. Cause and effect has left the building. "Educated" means INDOCTRINATED. There is an EMOTIONAL side, and then there's the side that bases its opinions on credible sources.

Matt Walsh provided the truth behind the death of Matthew Shepard the other day. Shepard, he says, was not murdered because he was gay. He was murdered by GAY MEN because he got into a bad drug deal. He'd even been sexually involved with one of his murderers. Walsh went on to say that most "leftist" narratives are about VICTIMS. So there you have it. They create victims, and they have created a vicious religion that -- if it could get by with it -- would behave like HAMAS. And frankly, the transgender believers DO behave like terrorists.

It's one and the same, how these haters are fertilized. Now how to get them to see the light?
