In the wake of the Arday affair, Tanya de Grunwald who is an HR person fighting to expose the problems of DEI in the UK has done a piece on the 'lived experience' motivational speaker market. Apparently it is quite the cottage industry. Someone on the FP should investigate this market where people are apparently good livings recounting their 'triumphs over adversity'.
